SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES

SHIPPING:

The delivery will be made by an Urgent Currier Company chosen by RODA-SHOP.COM. Consult your shipping charges to any part of the Spanish territory. The delivery time will be 48/72 hours whenever is available in stock, otherwise, www.roda-shop.com will contact the client to communicate the approximate time it will take to be delivered. Once the order leaves our warehouse, the user will receive an e-mail which will inform the new order status.

No shippings to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. International Shippings: Consult.

WARRANTY:

All our products have warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing. The damage caused by improper use or handling of products is not included in the warranty.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you will have 7 days from the date of its receipt to return it (According to Art. 44, 7/1996 Commerce Law of January 15th,modified by 47/2002 Law of December 19th). The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all the documentation. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
For exchanges, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and also for the new shipping.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and check all the conditions above are ok, roda-shop.com will accept the return and will proceed with the refund, according to the method of payment and if it´s the case, shipping the new product:

• If the payment was made with credit card, you will receive the amout in the same credit card.
• If the payment was made using Paypal, you will receive the amout in the same credit card.
